Stemming from a gallery owners’ family resolutely turned towards Art and contemporary creation, Julie Pailhas discovered her passion for Fashion with Olivier Saillard, at the Musée de la Mode de Marseille, where she was born and grew up.
After having completed her comprehension of Fashion history there, she joined the team of Elle France, where she learned the ropes before becoming a regular collaborator.She was then called upon by Condé Nast Publications for the launch of Glamour France, for which she was Senior fashion editor for 8 years.In 2012, she was appointed Deputy fashion director at Grazia France.Fascinated by Design and the Interior architecture, Julie Pailhas is today free lance Fashion editor and consultant. She lives in Paris, France.
